ChatAds is prepaid monthly. Mid-month upgrades are prorated immediately, and downgrades stay active through the end of the month.
We charge for volume, not for your revenue. The affiliate links in chat use your own tags, so commissions are paid to you directly by Amazon or your affiliate network - there's no mechanism for us to take a cut. If your site outgrows 100 free messages a day, paid plans raise the cap. That's the whole business model.
No. The free plan includes up to 100 messages per day with no credit card required. A card is only needed when you move to a paid plan.
We charge on the 1st of the calendar month for that month's upcoming usage. We always charge immediately upon upgrade, but pro-rate the charge based on the day of the month. So, if you upgrade to Pro ($29) halfway through the month, your charge will be $14.50, then on the 1st of the next month, you'll be charged $29.
Your current plan stays active through the end of the calendar month. The lower or free tier starts on the 1st of the next month. So, if you downgrade to free on the 15th, you won't be charged again.
