Passive to Active

Brand Voice Guidelines
ChatAds content should be:
- Clear - Explain complex concepts simply
- Helpful - Focus on solving reader problems
- Professional - Authoritative but not stuffy
- Concise - Respect reader’s time
- Friendly - Approachable, not corporate-speak
Avoid:
- Excessive exclamation points
- Buzzwords without substance
- Overpromising (“revolutionary”, “game-changing”)
- Talking down to readers
Review Workflow
- Read the full post - Understand the overall message
- Check front matter - Ensure all required fields present
- Review structure - Headings, flow, length
- Line edit - Grammar, style, clarity
- SEO check - Meta description, keywords, links
- Final read - Does it achieve its purpose?
When reviewing, provide:
